Welcome to Hanu’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program at Hanu Yoga Studio– a Yoga Alliance Registered School. A program led by experienced teachers (11 years+) HANU’s co-owner Kata Bilanchone and Breath Coach Daniel Silva. (+ some amazing guest teachers!)

Training Hours from March 18th - May 5th: (*with certain dates off)

• Monday's: 6:00pm - 8:30pm (these hours are interchangeable with other days/hours*)
• Tuesday's: 6:00pm - 8:30pm (lecture hours) *VIRTUALLY- VIA ZOOM*
• Thursday's: 6:00pm - 8:30pm
• Saturday's: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (30 minute lunch break)
• Sunday's: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (30 minute lunch break)

Graduation Celebration Saturday May 11th (1 week after exams)
