Blend modern mobility principles with Awakening Yoga technique to understand your body’s mechanics. Explore active vs. passive range, refine transitions, and develop greater flow, timing, and control. Leave with tools that translate directly into your daily practice.
3. Igniting Inversions – Centering Self in the Sky
Playfully explore handstands and inversions through seamless transitions and grounded technique. Build structure and freedom together as you discover comfort and ease upside down.
4. The Deep Dive – Intention & Integration in Personal Practice
An open-format exploration merging freedom and form. Move through guided layers of Awakening Yoga and Free Wave Flow to unlock curiosity, potential, and deeper connection with your body’s rhythm.
