About the Training
A 24-hour Philosophy Immersion offered within our 10-weekend Yoga Teacher Training, designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice. Whether you plan to teach or simply wish to engage more deeply with yogic wisdom, this program offers a rigorous, grounded exploration of the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Ayurveda, and subtle anatomy — applied to modern life.
This immersion is designed for:
This module offers a deep exploration of the Yoga Sutras as a practical framework for mastering the mind and cultivating inner steadiness. Through the study of Samadhi and Sadhana Pada, you will examine the mechanics of thought, the role of practice and detachment, and the Eight-Limb Path as a lived system for clarity and self-leadership. Rather than approaching the Sutras as abstract scripture, this immersion reveals how they shape emotional regulation, decision-making, and presence in daily life.
In this module, you will study prana, subtle anatomy, and the energetic architecture that underlies both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through an exploration of chakras, nadis, mudras, and the astral body, you will begin to understand how breath, awareness, and intention influence resilience and performance. This session bridges esoteric knowledge with grounded application, helping you integrate energetic intelligence into both practice and teaching.
This module introduces Ayurveda as the science of living in alignment with nature’s rhythms. You will explore the five elements, daily routines that support vitality, and practical tools for sustaining your energy as a practitioner or teacher. Rather than offering rigid prescriptions, this session provides adaptable insights that cultivate balance, longevity, and clarity in both personal and professional life.
This module examines the Bhagavad Gita as a text of leadership, action, and purpose. Through the lens of Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Raja Yoga, you will explore how to act with integrity, navigate challenge without collapse, and remain steady in the face of uncertainty. The Gita becomes a guide not only for spiritual growth, but for courageous decision-making and living with conviction.
